1. Digital Products (PDF Books)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
2. Physical Books
Refunds or replacements are available if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
Requests must be made within [7–14 days] of delivery.
Conditions:
- The item must be unused
- Proof (such as photos) may be required
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
We do not accept returns for:
- Minor printing variations
- Change of mind after shipment
3. Live Online Courses
Refunds are available if requested at least [e.g., 48 hours] before the course start time.
No refunds are provided:
- After the course has started
- For missed sessions
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Technical failure preventing access
- Duplicate payment
